Project Congratulations
Celebrating the Gift of New Life
The spark that lit the fire to start Shooting Stars was the idea to present new parents with a Congratulatory bag upon the birth of their baby.  The intent was and continues to be to give the family a push to simply celebrate a new member of the family and a new little life apart from whatever diagnosis they may have.  These bags are meant to highlight that a baby that happens to have an extra chromosome is a baby first and foremost and that they should be celebrated as such.

The Bright Spot
A playground where everyone can play!
The Bright Spot playground opened earlier this year. Our goal is to make sure no one is excluded and make sure there is something for everyone. We encourage all to come check it out and have fun!
